He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Raines and Laveda Raines; his sister Michele Crane (Stuart); his significant other Betty Ann DePoty; and his daughter Rhonda Weldon.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy, Deana DePoty and Adam Raines (Stephanie); his siblings, Terry Raines (Karen) and Cindy Mahle; and his grandchildren, Taylor Marie, Jordan, Cory, William Weldon (Alexandra), Elizabeth VanSkiver (AJ), Danielle Weldon, Melissa Crowe (Josh) and Matthew Andress.
