He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert O'Quinn and Flennie Hallman O'Quinn; and his siblings, Mack, Jimmy, Sammy, Willard O'Quinn, Edna Wilson, Cinda Turnage, Ethel Becton, Clarice Lawson and Louise Knight.
He is survived by: his wife Jessie Ross O'Quinn; his children, Ashely German (Ronnie), Michael O'Quinn and Wayne O'Quinn (Lisa); and his sisters, Janet Childress of Cameron and Jackie Thomas of Broadway. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
