He is survived by: his children, Edwin Patterson, Pam of Sanford, Phil Patterson, Linda of Broadway, Joan Fowler, Dan Wells of Sanford, Susan Wells and Robin McIntyre of Pinehurst; his grandchildren, Lovedy Muniz, Guillermo, Sarah Patterson, Steve Daniels, Ryan Patterson, Payton Badders, Robby, Emily Johnson and John; his great grandchildren, Noah Muniz, Max Muniz, Evie Daniels, James Daniels, Addison Patterson and Savana Johnson; his stepgrandchildren, Matt Hinton and Joe Hinton; and his stepgreat-grandchild Nyah Hinton.
