He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus McNeill Jr. and Geneva Cameron McNeill; and his stepson Brent Day (Pee-Wee). He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie McNeill of Broadway, NC; his brother Ronald Cameron McNeill (Linda) of Sneads Ferry; his nephew Ian McNeill (Taylor) of Lexington, NC; his great-nieces, Amelia Kathryn McNeill and Audrey Sloan McNeill; his niece Sarah Elizabeth McNeill Lopez (Michael) of Sanford, NC; his brother Donald Cameron McNeill (Jennifer) of Virginia Beach, VA; and his nephews, Cameron Cyrus McNeill and Jake Ray McNeill.
