It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rex Johnson (Broadway, North Carolina), who passed away on November 1, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Wade Johnson. He is survived by: his parent Sadie Patterson Johnson; his siblings, Nancy Pope and John Allen Johnson (Frances Johnson); his children, Ronnie Johnson (Connie) and Renee Frye (Alton); his grandchildren, Taylor, LeeAnna, Jake, Justin, Josh, Tiffany and Bethany; his great grandchildren, Tansley, Brayden and Gracelynn; and his siblings, Polly Genthe, Larry Johnson and Clark Johnson.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials are made to the Mount Pisgah Presbyterian Church, PO Box 1302 Broadway, NC 27505 or to the American Heart Association.
