He was predeceased by: his father Destil Carroll; and his sister Deanna Dell Smith. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Meehling Carroll; his children, Christina Carroll Griffin (Jimmie) of Woodbridge, VA and Larry "LJ" Carroll, Jr. (Anne) of Sanford; his sisters, Patty Kish of Winchester, KY and Debbie Vitiello (Sal) of Ashland, KY; and his grandchildren, Tanner Carroll, Abigail Griffin and Lauren Carroll.
