He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Kelly and Robenia Marshburn Kelly; and his siblings, Margaret K. Messer and Lewis Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Garner Kelly; his children, Cindy Kelly of Broadway and Kevin Kelly (Natalie) of Broadway; and his granddaughter Beckley Ann Kelly.
