He is survived by: his significant other Brenda Griffin Jacobs; his son Jerry Lee Jacobs (Gale) of Spring Lake, NC; his siblings, Ellen Smith (Bob) of Fayetteville, NC and Haywood Jacobs (Cindy) of Hope Mills, NC; his grandchildren, Amber Jacobs, Ashley Jacobs, Lane Jacobs, Jerry Jacobs, Jr., Bobby Jacobs and Kelsey Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Rylee Cockman, Jaxon Cockman, Logan Williams and Vaela Jacobs.
