He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Victor Blalock and Margaret McDuffie Blalock; and his brother Larry Joe Blalock, Sr.. He is survived by: his sons, Billy Blalock (Rachelle) of Lillington and Wayne Blalock (Zasette) of Broadway; the mother of his children Bonnie Vought; his brother Jack (Debbie) of Broadway; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Christopher, Hannah, Marc, Edward, Danielle, David and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Cloud, Liam and Liliana.
