She is survived by: her husband Jerry Dean Godfrey; her sons, Kenneth Dean Godfrey and Johnny Brian Godfrey of Longs, SC; her siblings, John Nathan Womack of Sanford, Ben Atlas Womack (Deborah) of Sanford and Lora Ann Womack Kelley (Roger) of Sanford; her granddaughter Ashley Godfrey Boles (Brian) of Sanford; and her great grandchildren, Cierra, Alaina and Brian Boles, Jr..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to First Health Hospice House, 251 Campground Road, West End, NC 27376.
