James Rackley Obituary

He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Douglas Rackley; his parents, James Norman Rackley, Sr. and Molly Gertrude Hayes Rackley; his brothers, Bobby Rackley and Charles R. Rackley; and his close friend Beatrice Gregory Oakes.
He is survived by: his children, Jane Wall (Jerry) of Graham, Norma Long (Warren) of Graham and James Norman "Chip" Rackley, III (Debbie Montalvo-Blake) of Palm Coast, FL; his stepdaughter Mary McWhorter of Guntersville, AL; his sister Doris Jones of Burlington; his sister-in-law Kay Quakenbush Rackley of Burlington; his grandchildren, Kelly Wall (Rosemarie), Susan Sarvis (Brandon), Angie Hall (Jeff), Kim Long Cobb (Jay McPherson) and Jayce Rackley; and his great grandchildren, Nadia Wall, Luke Wall, Jordan Wall, Lee Sharpe, Kelly Hall, Alex Hall, Ashleigh Huey, Emma Huey, Skylar Southard, J. C. Cobb, Mason Cobb and Kinley Cobb.
