She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Lee Smith and Sylvester McLean; her stepfather Marion Smith; her grandson Travis Mclean; and her siblings, Linda Faye Martin, Ernest McLean, William Smith, Jimmy Smith and Henry Jay McLean.
She is survived by: her daughters, Arlene McLean of Rockingham, NC and Alicia McLean (Demarcus) of Lumberton, NC; her stepson John Hooker "Man" of Greensboro, NC; her granddaughters, LaKisha McLean (William Judd), Deidre McLean and Denovia Smith; her great grandchildren, Kaniyah, Marquis, Jakalyla, Di'vyion and Teigan; her siblings, Zelma Smith (Charles) of Broadway, NC, James McLean of Sanford, NC and Percy McLean (Stella) of Broadway, NC; and her sister-in-law Treva. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
