He was predeceased by: his parents, James Garland and Margaret Pauline Gresham Griffin; and his brother James Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Linda McClellan; his children, Denny Griffin, Jr. (Doria), Kathleen Griffin and James Griffin (Samantha Schwartz); his grandchildren, Tiffany Wright (Bryan), Taylor, Jeremy, Dillon, Christopher, Antonia and Nora; his great grandchildren, Dustin and Owen; and his sisters, Margaret Wilson, Carol Lennon, Ruby Griffin and Brenda Williams.
