He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Howard McInnis and Catherine Overton McInnis; his son Daniel Jonathan McInnis; his sisters, Mary M. Legge and Mary Linda Ballard; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Legge and Jimmy Ballard.
He is survived by: his wife Pat B. McInnis; and his siblings, Louise M. Orris (Bill) of Florida, Arlene Wade and Herbie Wade (Jane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
