It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Antonio Wicker of Broadway, North Carolina, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Patrick S. Bethea; his grandparents, Roy, Hazel Wicker, Verland and Fannie J. McIver; his uncles, Roy Wicker and Robert L. Brown; his aunt Ruth L. Miller; and his parents, Anthony Wicker and Sarah Johnson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donice Gilchrest (Tim), Anthony Wicker (Claudette) and Marcus Wicker (Aigner); his aunts and uncles, Myra Lucas, Shelby Johnson, Blonzie Harrison, Kenny Wicker (Mary), Earnest Johnson, Sherman Johnson (Joyce) and Ted Johnson (Debra); his nieces, Annalese, Leticia, Amani, Kolbi, Donisha, Timmya, Nevaeh, Nascia, Daisha, Katrina, Patrice and Kaileah; and his godparents, Sandra Landon, Charles Currie and Torell Tomer. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
