He is survived by: his mother Elaine Marie Everett Petersen; his wife Susan Greener Gieder; his daughter Rachel Petersen; his stepchildren, Ashley Gieder, Richard Gieder (Megan), Brian Gieder (Nicole) and Timothy Gieder (Marina); his sister Caren Petersen Storer (David); his nephew Jakob Storer; and his niece Megan Storer.
