It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlye Arnette Harrington of Broadway, North Carolina, who passed away on August 27, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Charlye Arnette may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Isaac "Ike" Arnette and Willie Mae "Bill" White Arnette; and her husband Doyle Ochletree Harrington. She is survived by: her children, Marsha Harrington Whittington (Rob) of Garner, NC and Wiley Doyle Harrington (Barbara) of Broadway, NC.; her grandchild Cassie Lynch (Derrick); her great grandchildren, Maci, Easton and Sawyer; and her grandchildren, Clayton Harrington, Shane Whittington (Marian) and Natalie Whittington. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her daughter-in-law.
