(Jessica) of Broadway, NC; his grandchildren, Alysha (Andy) of Kearns, UT, Destiny of Fredericksburg, VA, Troy Jr., Meshia of Annapolis, MD and Faith of Broadway, NC; his great grandchild Ashor of Kearns, UT; his siblings, Harold Lee Cameron (Monzel) of Cameron, NC, Bruce Woodard, Alton Woodard of Fayetteville, NC, Margie McCory (Osizy) of Moss Point, MS, Evangelist Judy Best of Raeford, NC and Carrie Lester of Fayetteville, NC; his mother-in-law Sadie Blue of Broadway, NC; his siblings-in-law, Franklin D. Prince of Sanford, NC, Margie B. Raymond (Tyrone) of Broadway, NC, Slestine B. Farrar (Anthony) of Cary, NC, Sarah D. Blue of Sanford, NC, Gail M. Quick (Jerry) of Broadway, NC, Janice G. McKoy (Lewis) of Goldston, NC and Rena Cameron-Ray of Spring Lake, NC; and his goddaughter Tierra Hardin of Arundel Mills, MD. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins; and a plethora of friends.
He, so fondly, called her "Effie B" and often told her, "let's move." CECIL's spiritual foundation began at Johnsonville African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church, Cameron NC, where he served faithfully.
