She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dewey Cobb and Ruth Roberts Cobb; and her husband Cecil Buren "Buddy" Fulmer. She is survived by: her sons, Buren Fulmer (Virginia) of Broadway, NC and Brian Fulmer (Tara) of Mill Spring, NC; her grandchildren, Kyle Fulmer and Emrie Fulmer; and her sisters, Johnette Smith of Spartanburg, SC, Mae Boone of Flat Rock, NC, Donna Massey of Flat Rock, NC and Fran Patton (Gerald) of Asheville, NC..
