He was predeceased by: his father Amos Ray Hendrick; and his son Anthony "Scoot" Hendrick, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Amy Hendrick; his children, Ash Hendrick and Ashlyn Hendrick; his mother Peggy Hartung; and his sister Carla West (Garry).
