It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rayford Ray Locklear of Bridgeton, North Carolina, who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cooke Locklear; his children, Julia Ciriello (Albert) of Hayden, Tammie Coe (Dennis) of Pell City, Alabama, Andy Locklear (Amy) of Hayden and Christopher Stilley (Chelsea) of New Bern; his grandchildren, Joel Ciriello (Jenna), Alaina Locklear and Silas Stilley; and his siblings, Willie Locklear (Nancy), Ressie Locklear, Lousie Eubanks, Retha Phillips and Cammie Sowards.
