He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Meadows and Harriet Meadows; his siblings, Frank Meadows and Myrtle McVicker; and his grandson Ethan Meadows.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy B. Meadows; his children, Mike C. Meadows Jr and Amanda Meadows; and his siblings, Danny Meadows (Donna, George Meadows), Joe Meadows (Brenda), Lee Meadows, Ellen Meadows and Marie Meadows. He is also survived by his wife and son were his best friends.
