She is survived by: her husband James Collins of Bridgeton; her children, Dan Blair (Elizabeth) and Amy Blair Domke (Andrew); her grandchildren, William, Anna Blair, Katie Domke Smith, Ashley Domke and Laura Domke; her sister Nancy Stilley Turner; her nieces and nephews, Susan and Charlie Turner; her children, Tammy Nyberg, Jimmie Ann Murphy, Pamela Walker, Janet Rideout and Sandie McRoy; and her grandchildren, Kirk, Johnny, Tammy Nyberg, Ann Moore, Allison Rice, Jimmy Bender, Jodie Cahoon, Dwayne Murphy, Ryan Murphy, LeAnn Cline, Josh Hacker, Michael Rivenbark, Joseph Collins, Joanie Weber, Kevin Rideout II, Tara Piner, Holden Piner, Cody, Cassidy McCroy, April Taylor and Jason Walker.
