He is survived by: his wife Frances Parris Siniard; his children, Bill Jr., Jeff, Nathan (Juana) and Beth Justice (Jeff); his grandchildren, Carrie Siniard Trent (Emily) and McKenzie Justice; his great grandchild Skyler Brown; and also Chris Brown. He is also survived by extended family, friends and neighbors.
