He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Galloway and Mary M. Galloway; his wife Margarita "Margo" Galloway; his daughter Karen Hooper; and his siblings, Gayden Galloway, Bonnie Tinsley and Ruby Fanning.
He is survived by: his son Keith Galloway (Liz); and his grandchildren, Richie Hooper (Mindi), Alison Batson (Ty), T. J. Hooper (Kelly) and Eli Galloway (Amanda). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
