He is survived by: his wife Dorothy L. Kitchen (Dot); his son Thomas A. Kitchen (Nina); his siblings, Joby Kitchen (late Thelma) and Donna Vee McCoy (late Jack); and his grandchildren, Heather Scott (Andy), Sherry Pressley (Jason), Crystal Anders (Wesley), Shane Fisher (Amber) and Andrea Fisher. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
