He was predeceased by: his significant other Pearl Yvonne Perry. He is survived by: his sister Earline Meekins of Wheeling, WV; his sisters-in-law, Ethel Marie Rayle and Gail Duncan (Mike) of Greensboro; his children, Thomas Everett Arnold, Peter Anthony Arnold, Wanda A. Bryson and Cheryl A. Eakes (Kirk); and his granddaughter Abigail Sophia Arnold. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
