Kapp Jr. (Shirley); her daughter Meg Carter of Virginia Beach, Virginia; her grandsons, Christopher Fisher of Brevard and Justin Fisher (Shyannah) of Lake Toxaway; her great grandchildren, Maliya Willow, Rabon Harley and Ashton Isaiah Fisher; her son Mark Carter of Brevard; her granddaughter Brittany Ann; her brother John R Kapp (Jack) of Manassas Virginia; her niece Terry Guiffre (Tony) of Haymarket; and also Greg Kapp (Suzette) of Manassas, Virginia..
