She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard L. Brown and Ada Ardella Brown; and her siblings, Mary Jane Huggins, Hazel Medlin, Patricia Brown Collins and Robert "Bobby" Brown.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Arnette of Hendersonville, NC and Tony Arnette of Brevard; her grandson Seth Arnette (Toree); and her siblings, Doug Brown (Perry Lee) of Brevard and Jan Osborne (Ted) of Brevard.
