He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Camp and Ethel Camp; his son Russell Camp, Jr.; his granddaughter Lea Whitmire; and his siblings, Fred Camp, Everette Camp, Leo Camp, Wade Camp, Garfield Camp, Vernice Coleman and Nell Camp.
He is survived by: his children, Marguerite Chatman, Monica Gilmore, Jerome Camp, Emogene Bennett and Patience Camp; and his grandchildren, Keith Bennett, Danielle Bennett, Nigel Ormsby, Kristen Camp, Elisha Camp and Xochitl Suarez Camp. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests you "pay it forward" by helping other families in need at their time of grief and suffering.
