He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Don Rackley and Effie Mae Rackley; his wife Jenny Cash Rackley; his children, Jonathan (Andrea) of Lake Toxaway, Brandon of Brevard and Whitney Sexton (Josh) of Rosman; his siblings, Barry (Elisha) of Rogersville, TN and Kelly Rackley Jarvis (Robert) of Pacolet, SC.; and his grandchildren, Corey Rackley, Kiahna Sexton, Braden Rackley, Kynzie Sexton, Ransom Rackley and Gunner Rackley.
