Richard Newton Shaw Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Newton Shaw of Brevard, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 19, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles Shaw and Betty Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his daughters, Sarah Shaw Koti (Eric) and Dr. Kathy Hatzigiannakis (Tony); and his siblings, Paul Shaw (Precia), Peter Shaw (Deborah) and Pamela Alexander (John).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration.
