He is survived by: his son Thomas Mark Gustafson (Cathy); his grandchildren, Eric Gustafson (Chelsea), Thomas Craig Gustafson, Daniel Gustafson, Meredith Gustafson Gburek (Thomas), Sean Gustafson (Sydney) and Amy Gustafson; his great grandchildren, Arthur Gustafson, Avery Gustafson, Darion Avery, Israel Avery and Griffin Gburek; and his daughter-in-law Sandy Gustafson.
