He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Donovan Daniel and Leah Dorothy Daniel (Ramsey); his children, Deanna and Richard; and his sisters, Marie and Harriette.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Daniel (Youngblood); and his daughters, Rhonda Leah Dawson (Gerrit) of Baton Rouge, LA and Karen Jeanne Wilkinson (Tom) of Arden, NC. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
