He is survived by: his wife Patricia Garner; his sister Doris Garner Kneuer of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his daughters, Susan Garner of Canton and Annette Garner of Camas, Washington; his grandchildren, Monica Infante of Portland, Oregon and Noah Jacobson of Vancouver, Washington; and his great grandchildren, June Infante, Seth, Paige and Blair Jacobson.
