He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Mann, Sr. and Jane Taylor Mann; and his brother John Carroll Mann. He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Mann (Thurman), Carolyn Griffin (Bill), Charlie Mann (Charlotte) and Jim Mann (Traci); his nephew Matthew Mann; and his niece Ashley Mann.
