It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rachel Davenport (Brevard, North Carolina), born in Window Rock, Arizona, who passed away on December 8, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Albert and Alma Beall Dimmick Clark; her husband Roy Arvid Davenport; her son Jeremy Davenport; and her siblings, David Clark, Philip Clark and Elizabeth Clark VonGausig.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Dupee (Kenneth) of Hendersonville, NC, Robert Davenport of Greenville, SC, Rev. Scott Davenport of Odenton, MD and Stephan Davenport Ph; her grandchildren, Tristan, Eowyn, Tessa, Anna, Ian, James, Josiah, Kevin, Nathan, Ellie, Bonnie, Seth, Joseph, Jessica, Joanna and Elinor; and her siblings, Lois Clark Harper, Mary Clark AbuKhalil and George Samuel Clark.
