He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Sr. Reiner and Emma Singler Reiner; his wife Isabelle Noggle; and his sister Emma R. Novotny. He is survived by: his nephew Steven Puckett; his nieces, Joan Kennedy, Sue Ann Herendeen, Janelle Stock, Nanette Miner and Julie Colon; and his friend John.
