He is survived by: his children, Ashley Keator (Bryan) of Tulsa, Todd Wainwright of Denver and Brandy Anderson of New York City; his stepson John Kellogg (Tait) of Washington, DC; and his siblings, Randy Wainwright and Donna Mayeux (Craig). He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
