She was predeceased by: her parent Glen Carrie Blyth; her siblings, Wade Blyth and Nancy Wilson; her stepdaughter Teresa Frady; and her granddaughter Carrie Burnside.
She is survived by: her husband Ulysses Chappell; her sons, Eddie Fisher (Marsha) and Greg Fisher; her stepchildren, Virginia Lamm (Mike), Greg Chappell (Charlene) and Pam Laughter; her grandchildren, Tabatha, Courtney, Lindsey, Heather, Jake, Tyler, Stephanie, Zach, Cory, Diane, Jamie, Lacey, Chelsea, Andrew, Sara and Elizabeth; her great grandchildren, Josslyn, Samarafay, Natika, Dallas, Skylar, Alivia, Sebastian, Carlos, Mikey, Naveah, Corbin and Charla Rae; and her brothers, Charles Blyth and David Blyth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
