It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret McGovern (Brevard, North Carolina), who passed away on March 13, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Emmett Michael; and her sisters, Hilda and Shirley. She is survived by: her parent Hilda Stalder Smith; her husband Thomas McGovern; her children, Michael McGovern (Susan David) of Ann Arbor, MI and Maura McGovern of Lowell, MA; and her grandchildren, Joseph, Daniel, Matthew, Theo and Delia.
