She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Angel and Evelyn Angel; her daughter Marsha Lynn Salter; her husband Edwin Louie Salter; and her siblings, Ken Angel of Brevard, Jim Angel of Franklin and Betty Angel Jennings of Franklin.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky (Susan) of Rosman and Randy (Pam) of Brevard; her grandchildren, Kimberly Stewart (Joe) of Brevard, Joel Salter (Laura) of Indian Trail, Alyse Aiken (Adam) of Tega Cay, SC and Jay Salter (Megan Cavanah) of Auburndale, FL; and her siblings, Don Angel (Mary) of Little River, SC, Earl Angel (Bonnie) of Gastonia, NC and Gene Angel (Dana) of Fort Myers, FL.. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Carr's Hill Baptist Church.
