She is survived by: her husband Herbert Homer Owen; her children, Beacher Franks (Becky), Jeff Franks (Anita), David Franks (Nicolle), Penny Thompson (Christopher) and Blain Owen (Cat Thammanoon Woodruff); her great grandchildren, Wiley Jack, Sam, Ruby Grace, Addison Grace and Asher; her sisters, Francis Ashe and Annette Bradley; and her pet Ola.
