She is survived by: her parent Ida Lyday Orr; her husband Frank E. Tinsley; her children, Rhonda Tinsley Rogers (John) of Brevard and Chris Tinsley (Portia) of Brevard; her sister Faye R. Orr of Etowah; her brother-in-law Bob Brown of Hendersonville; and her grandson Ryan C. Tinsley.
