She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward McCall and Mattie Owen McCall; and her siblings, Daniel McCall (Dee) and Martha Taylor. She is survived by: her sons, Anthony W Vaughn II (Sharon) and Mark T Vaughn (Nickie); her grandchildren, Serena Vaughn Graham (Hunter), Uriah Vaughn, Kole Vaughn and Adaya Vaughn; and her siblings, Frenda Austin, David W. McCall, Farris McCall and Deloris Owen. She is also survived by family and friends she was "Leona" but to her grandchildren she was "Meme".
She was a member of Cathey's Creek Baptist Church where she donated much of her time in service to the church and enjoyed worshiping the Lord.
