He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Chris (Jessica) and Mark (Michelle); his granddaughter Emily; and his siblings, Carolyn Pytlik (Larry), Joanne Patterson (Lamar), David Williams (Mary Ream) and Donna Carrino (Mike).
