She was loved and cherished by many people including: her former husband James "Buddy" Young; her parents, Charles Howard Gray and Zola Ree Murray Gray; her husband James Harvey Young; her children, Charlene Humphries of Leicester, Buddy G. Young (Lisa) of Clayton and Darlene Cope (Scott) of Penrose; and her sisters, Betty Ree Hobbs (Dale) of Garner and Zola Diane Gray of Hendersonville. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
