She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Holbert and Essie Metcalf Brown; and her siblings, Freeman Brown and Lucille Brown Holden. She is survived by: her husband George W. Poor; her sister Sara Brown Bryson of Pisgah Forest; her children, Greg Poor of Johnson City, TN and Cindy P. Miller of Pisgah Forest; her grandchildren, Avery (Brittney Poor) of Nashville, TN, Noah (Natalia Poor) of Greenville, SC, Alex Miller of Pisgah Forest and Bailey Poor of Knoxville, TN; and her great grandchild Patton Poor of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
