He is survived by: his wife Donna; his grandson Robert Slater; his siblings, David Slater, Louise Wagner and Lucille Rudd; his siblings-in-law, Clarice Slater, Phillip McClaskey and Robert Rudd; his children, Shelley Eubanks (Lloyd), Eric Slater (Teresa) and Brenda Slater; his siblings, Robert Slater and Frances McClaskey; and his great grandchildren, Joey Mangiapane (Nikki), Josh Robbins (Amanda), Emily Worley (Bow), Erica Slater (Dan), Aaron Troutman (Chelsea), Adam Troutman (Blair), Chloe, Wilson, Victor, Robbie, Sawyer and Mattie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
