He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Kolinsky (Artie). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Scott Kolinsky; his children, Joseph Scott Kolinsky (Yisell) of Tampa, FL and Kelly Toms (Brad) of Brevard; and his brothers, John Kolinsky and Mickey Kolinsky.
